Every Flint & Pine North piece is made to order.
Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse. We encourage you to review sizing carefully before placing your order.
Why It’s Made This Way
We don’t mass-produce or sit on shelves of inventory.
Each piece is created when you order it—reducing waste and keeping products out of landfills.
It’s a slower way of doing things—but that's intentional.
Sizing Matters
Each piece is created specifically for you.
To find your best fit, please refer to the size guide before ordering.
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
If Something Isn’t Right
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
We’ll make it right by replacing the item at no cost to you.
In some cases, we may require the item to be returned before issuing a replacement.
